This compact drinking bottle is thanks to the specially developed drinking nipple very suitable for chicks and other poultry. It’s always remarkable to see how fast the chicks discover where to find water. Within seconds they’re attracted to the shimmering drop of water hanging on the nipple. Pure nature! Thanks to the standard galvanized mounting bracket the drinking bottle can be assembled to almost every accomodation in the blink of an eye. The guaranteed leak-free nipple keeps the litter clean and dry and reduces waste.

Water is from the utmost importance to all animals, especially to chicks and other poultry. In contrast to many other drinking systems, where the animals can get into direct contact with the water very easilty, this drinking bottle with hinged cover is very hygienic. The animals drink the water via the stainless steel nipple which keeps the water clean. This way the water stays proper for a long period of time and therefore the animals have access to healthy water at all times. When applied with chicks, this is a huge benefit. These drinking bottle can be perfectly used with our Comfort series heating plates, where the drinking bottle can be mounted on the wall or be put on top of the heating plate.
The drinking nipple is made out of extra firm plastic and high quality European stainless steel. Normally, this will rarely leak and last many years. And when it does leak? It’s almost always due to dirt on the nipple. Remove the bottle from the accommodation briefly, remove any hairs and clean the nipple thoroughly. That should fix the problem.
When using the standard included galvanized mounting bracket, this drinker can easily be fixed on almost every type of accommodation. Even better is our height-adjustable holder. The drinking bottle will literally grow up with the chickens. That’s ideal, because a nipple set too low increases the chance on leakages.
Extremely strong PPC; sun and frost resistant
Drinking systems have to endure all types of weather. But still, even in the middle of summer or during extreme cold they need to do what they're made for. That's why Olba chose to produce this drinking bottle in the frost resistant PPC-plastic. Of course, drinking systems will not function at temperatures below freezing point. But when freezing, this drinking bottle will definitely not break. Because we make this product at our own plastic injection moulding company we've added something to the raw material which makes the bottle UV-resistant as well. Discolorations belong to the past and the lifespan is extended. That's great, because this way the used colour combinations are beautiful to see even after years of use.
